Service Description
A chance to meet me (online) and discuss your situation and find out whether what I offer meets your needs and to ask questions. Please familarize yourself with my charges beforehand (see the Booking section of my website and in FAQs). This is to protect my valuable time and knowledge and to preserve slots for people who are seriously considering going ahead with me. The next step if you decide to proceed is the Initial Consultation. This is NOT a forum for giving me full details of your history which is the purpose of the Initial Consultation....
Cancellation Policy
For 121 appointments 48 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel or that appointment will be considered lost and payable unless in the case of emergency. I reserve the right to make a decision on what constitutes such a situation. It is easy to reschedule yourself by logging on to your booking in the top right of header. For online group courses you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start and request a refund minus my administration costs (£30). See also my terms and conditions for full details.
