In 2015 I had an idea - I realised there was no book out there that talked about the mind and body component of physical illness/ dis-ease. Particularly in the area of Chronic Fatigue/CFS where I worked. I set out to write that book that would teach people why they get ill and, more importantly, what they can do to get better. I have been astounded how well it has been received.
